High-precision CNC cutting

Every letter is cut on a CNC router to a tenth of a millimetre. We follow your logo's typography exactly, including accented characters and the finest thick-and-thin strokes.

5 to 19 mm thick

Choose the depth of relief to suit the effect you want: discreet or assertive.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Our letters are made from signage-grade foamed PVC (Komatex or Forex), UV-treated. Once lacquered with a two-part polyurethane paint they last at least 7 years outdoors with no noticeable fading.
Illuminated PVC blocks cost around 40 to 60% less than aluminium letters, are lighter (and therefore easier to fit on fragile façades) and give the same raised effect. Aluminium remains preferable for very large formats (over 80 cm) or coastal environments.
Foamed PVC does not lend itself to backlighting, as it is opaque. We can however add an LED spotlight above them to light them from the front on the façade. If you want letters that light up themselves, built-up letters are the better choice.
