8. Product warranty

Parts warranty: 2 years — all our signs carry a 2-year warranty on parts from the delivery date (LEDs, transformer, aluminium structure, fixings).

^* Labour warranty: 1 year — labour relating to any after-sales work (call-out, replacement, on-site repair) is covered for 1 year from the date of delivery or installation. Thereafter, labour is charged at the hourly rate then in force.

The warranty does not cover: damage caused by abnormal use, by installation that does not follow our instructions, by exceptional weather (hail, lightning), by vandalism, or by modifications made by an unauthorised third party.
